Although we are proud of our insurance products, coverage and services - nothing matches the pride we have in our staff. Merrimac learned a long time ago that we are in the business of protecting people and we can best do that by building relationships with our customers so we can better understand their needs. For that reason, we put a premium on hiring only the most qualified individuals to serve on our team. You will never hear anyone say “That’s not my job” and while we believe whole heartedly in the open approach it is necessary to separate our company into a few departments.
